We are a local occupational health service in Hälsingland, with offices in Ljusdal, Hudiksvall, Bollnäs, Edsbyn, Söderhamn & Iggesund. We are looking for a self-driven administrator based in Ljusdal.
Your Responsibilities
We are seeking an administrative and service-oriented employee who will be an important part of our team and the company's outward face. The role is central, and the goal is to create a smooth flow in customer contacts, bookings, and daily support to our company nurses.
As an administrator with us, you will handle customer contacts via phone and email, book and coordinate appointments. You will provide administrative support to our company nurses and be responsible for ordering consumables, lab work, mail handling, cleaning equipment, cleaning our premises, and updating our social media.
You will belong to our admin group located in Ljusdal but will handle all incoming matters from across Hälsingland. The position is part-time, 75–80%.

Your Profile
We see that you have experience in administrative work and have had contact with customers in this role. You have good computer skills, and it is an advantage if you are familiar with booking/scheduling systems. Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English are required, as well as a valid driver's license.
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a natural sense of service, and thrives in a busy environment while being able to plan and prioritize.
You are meticulous, helpful, and solution-oriented, and you enjoy collaborating in a team where everyone contributes to a common goal.
